How do I get my cell phone to connect to my VoIP phone to make calls from it?

VoIP
trying to connect asked:

My VoIP phone has only the RJ-45 port and no USB port to connect to a USB bluetooth adapter. How do I get around that and what products are recommended?

  • You’re wanting to use your cell phone to make VoIP calls? If that’s what you’re trying to do, you can’t do it. I use VoIP and it’s controlled by the adapter that was provided by the VoIP company. Attaching anything other than a residential phone isn’t supported.

  • You would actually have to own a phone that supports both protocols. They are in the making, but they aren’t on the market yet.
